Hi, As long as you use a version supported (see here), that's fine. I would ask to un-install CAM using the command below: C:\Sun\CommonArrayManager\Host_Software_6.9.0.16\bin>uninstall.bat -f -s Then re-install CAM 6.9 completely and make sure also that you install the patches, because 6.9.0.16 is not the latest version. Hello, You will not find Santricity on because Oracle no longer sells it and especially they no longer support Santricity. CAM has its own bundled java (in a private directory) which has nothing to do with the java you uninstalled and installed.You should uninstall CAM completely, I will provide you with a procedure later. I have done complete uninstallation and installed again. CAM version:6.9.0.16. Also help me to find out the link for downloading SANtricity ES Storage Manager 10.77 from Oracle site. Re-installed CAM software. Still the issue persists.

Re-installed only 1.6 update 20 which is required version for CAM.2. Uninstalled all java versions including 1.7 & 1.6.
I have tried all below steps but didn't helped. Registered storage systems table is blank in GUI but I can see the storage in rasadmin device_list in CLI. But after finishing registration it is not showing up in CAM. During the registration process CAM is abe to find out the storage with its name and firmware details.
